The EF 28-200mm f3.5-5.6 and the EF 28-200mm f3.5-5.6 USM are the first in the EF range with the high-zoom ratio of 28-200mm. Replicated aspherical lens elements combine to provide high image quality throughout the focal length range, while inner focusing means that the front of the lens does not rotate. Lead-free glass has been used for the construction.
