OVERVIEW

In an interesting move, Canon released two cameras with near identical specifications, but entirely different builds – one mirrorless, one DSLR.

The EOS M6 Mark II is the mirrorless version of this 32.5MP camera, offering fast shooting rates of up to 14 frames per second and an all-round specification to satisfy keen enthusiast photographers, and videographers too. It also boasts at 30fps RAW burst mode.

It’s very capable in low light, focusing down to EV -5, and has a maximum native ISO of 25,600.

The EOS M6 Mark II (body only) is available from 26 September 2019 as follows:

  • Body only with an RRP of £869.99 / €1029.99.
  • With EF-M 15-45mm IS STM and EVF-DC2 with an RRP of £1119.99 / €1329.99.
