CANON EOS M50 MARK II

SYSTEM > MIRRORLESS CAMERAS > EOS M-SERIES > EOS M50 MARK II

OVERVIEW

The popular EOS M50 gets a minor update with the release of the Mark II camera. Most notably, the AF sees improvement, particularly in terms of the Eye detection, plus there are new video and live-streaming features.

Unusually, this camera isn’t being released in all regions. This is only the second EOS M-series camera to see this happen: the EOS M2 was only released in Japan – where the original EOS M had seen good take-up. For now, the EOS M50 Mark II is only being released in "some international regions" according to a statement by Canon UK, most notably USA and Asian markets. Canon UK went on to say, "At this stage we are unable to confirm if and when this camera will launch in EMEA [Europe, Middle East and Africa]."
