The direct illumination from a Speedlite can be too harsh for some subjects. This range of accessories modifies the output to give softer light. Ring Flash
This product uses a clever system of internal prisms and reflectors to evenly distribute the light emitted from your Speedlite flash unit into a large ring of light. When the light is created around the lens it produces a virtually shadowless look on the front of your subject, while a soft even shadow appears around the edges. It gives great results for portraits when used as the main light or fill-in flash. With an inner diameter of 143mm the ringflash adapter will accept almost all lenses. TTL functions operate as normal or you can use your Speedlite in manual mode.

Soft Screen
A light diffuser specially designed for use with your camera’s built-in flash. The Lumiquest Soft Screen softens and evenly distributes the harsh flash sometimes associated with built-in flash. Ideal if you don’t have, or prefer not to use, an external Speedlite.

Diffuser for built-in flash
Larger than the Soft Screen (left), this portable diffuser also softens the illumination from your camera’s built-in flash. The difference is that this accessory uses an elasticated ring to grip the front of the lens. This can give a greater distance between the diffuser and the flash head, producing more diffuse illumination. Can also provide diffusion for some Speedlites (depends on Speedlite, lens and camera combination). Folds into a small zipped pouch.

80-20
Allows 80% of the light through to bounce off the ceiling, directing the other 20% forwards to fill in shadows. The 80-20 is ideal for shooting indoor portraits.

Big Bounce
The largest light modifier from Lumiquest, the BigBounce enlarges the surface area of the flash and diffuses light through a screen to create soft shadows and even light. Light loss is approx 3 stops.

Dome studio
Photographing small or shiny objects brings a number of challenges, many of which are resolved with the Dome Studio. This table top accessory provides a practical, self-contained and inexpensive solution. The fabric diffuses your light source softening any shadows and reducing glare or hot-spots. CB Junior Kit
Having tested a number of styles of flash brackets, this is the one we like best. Unlike some units, it fits all EOS and Speedlite models which means you can use it with any combination of kit. The bracket is manufactured from black anodized aluminium for light weight and strength, a very professional looking design. A spring-loaded tension system allows easy rotation from horizontal to vertical shooting. The bracket features a comfortable foam handle and fold-out leg. CB Mini-RC
This compact bracket offers great value for photographers and is suitable for any model of EOS. The bracket allows a flash unit to be mounted to one side of the camera, reducing unnatural shadows that can appear on one side of the subject when shooting in portrait orientation with camera-mounted flash. Flash batteries are replaceable without removing the unit from the bracket.
