Similar to the EF 75-300mm f4-5.6 III USM lens, but uses a DC motor for the AF-driving actuator in place of the quieter, faster micro-USM. Both lenses have the same optical system as the EF 75-300mm f4-5.6 II USM and give a similar optical performance.
